What tools do you build on?
We'll always start with the tools you already run and wire into them before we ever suggest replacing anything. If something's causing real friction we'll recommend an alternative, but the goal is to get more from what you already pay for.
Which automation platform do you use, n8n or Zapier?
Both, and often neither. The first question is whether the tools you already pay for can do the job natively, because a workflow that lives inside your existing system is one less subscription and one less thing to maintain. Where a connector genuinely earns its place we build on n8n or Zapier, and which one depends on where the work sits and who is going to look after it once we have gone. What we do not do is pick the platform first and fit your business to it.
Do we need AI agents for any of this?
Usually not, and the difference is worth being clear about before anyone buys one. Most of what gives a professional services firm real hours back is a defined workflow that runs the same way every time. Agents decide their own next step, which is genuinely useful when the steps cannot be known in advance, and unnecessary overhead when they can. We work out where that line falls in your business rather than starting from the assumption that you need one.
Do we need to be technical?
No. The technology is the easy part. Most of the work is people and change, and training your team is part of the job.
How fast is something live?

What does it cost?
The Audit is a fixed fee for a fixed window and stands on its own. Anything after is scoped and quoted up front, so you'll know what you're committing to before you decide.

Then we'll say so, and you'll have worked that out in the free discovery call before spending anything. We only take on work where AI genuinely pays.
