AI training & enablement.
Your team, confident with AI, trained in the workflows they run.
The short answer
AI training earns its keep when it runs on your own work rather than on demo prompts. A session settles what is safe to put into these tools and what never goes in, then spends the rest of the time on jobs your team does every week, in whatever they already have open. Everyone leaves owning one job that now runs differently, which is the thing worth checking a month later.
Sessions run in person around Sydney and online for teams further out, on ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or the mix most businesses turn out to be running.
Who is this for?
Businesses where the tools have landed but the usage hasn’t: licences being paid for, a few quiet experimenters, and most of the team unsure what’s safe or useful.
AI transformation is roughly 70% people and change, 30% technology. This service is the 70%.
What do we do?
Practical sessions run in your business, on your real tasks, so people leave having done it themselves.
What AI is and isn’t, what’s safe to put into it, and what never goes in: the level-setting everyone needs before anything sticks.
Working sessions in your team’s actual jobs - the quote, the inbox, the report - practised on their own real work.
Do you run tool-specific training?
Yes, on whatever your business runs, and on the mix most teams actually have. Four tools carry a dedicated program because they are the ones clients arrive using.
The one most teams already have and most are using at a fraction of what it does. The program with the most delivery behind it.
Built around Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams and your own files, by someone who spent eight years inside Microsoft.
From the people who build with it every week, with the account and data settings sorted before any work goes in.
For businesses already living in Gmail, Drive and Docs, where the assistant is bundled into Workspace plans and easy to miss.
Running something else, or a combination? That is the usual case and the training covers it. The dedicated pages exist where the questions run deep enough to need one.
What clients say about the sessions
“I went into this fully expecting to be out of my depth, I’m the first to admit I’m hopeless with anything tech, but came away from one quick call with practical tools built around how I actually work, not generic advice.”

Sessions run in your business
In the room where it helps, built around your tools and your work.
Prompt patterns and playbooks
Working material written for your team’s actual jobs.
Safe-use guardrails
Simple rules your people understand: what goes in, what never does, and why.
A team still using it a year later
The thing that matters: habits that hold long after we’ve left the room.
How does it run?
Training can run on its own, or alongside a Build so new workflows stick. Either way, it starts with a conversation about what your team needs.
Questions we get asked
Is this generic AI training?
No. Sessions are built on your workflows and your tools, and your team practises on their own real work.
Who's it for: leaders or the whole team?
Both, in different rooms: direction and guardrails for leadership, hands-on fluency for the people doing the work.
What tools do you train on?
Whatever your business runs, and usually the mix of things it runs at once. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude and Gemini each have a dedicated program, and eight years inside Microsoft means the Copilot world is familiar ground.
Is this an AI training course, or a workshop?
Closer to a workshop than a course, and the difference is worth knowing before you book. A course teaches a syllabus and hands out a certificate at the end. We run working sessions on your team’s own jobs, so what people practise on is the quote they actually send and the inbox they actually clear. If what you want is a structured curriculum with modules and assessments, several providers do that well and we are not the right fit. If you want people doing their own work differently on Monday, that is what these sessions are built for.
Do people need to be technical?
No technical background needed. We start from where your team is and build confidence in their own tasks, so people leave using AI well in their actual work.
Is it a one-off or ongoing?
Either: a foundations session to get everyone level, or a program that runs alongside the build so new workflows stick.
