AI strategy & roadmaps.
A plan you can fund and staff, built on proof.
Who is this for?
Leadership teams being asked "what's our AI plan?" Established Sydney professional services businesses where the experiments are ad hoc, the opinions are plentiful, and nobody's sequenced it into something the business can commit to.
What do we do?
We map where AI genuinely pays off across the business: not where it's fashionable, where it pays.
The best opportunities get a number each, so the roadmap is ordered by the evidence.
A 12-month roadmap ordered by return and effort: what comes first, what waits, and why.
And we're straight about the other side: the list of things not worth doing yet.
What do you get?
The roadmap itself
Sequenced, staffed, fundable. A plan the business can genuinely commit to.
The business case behind each step
Every move on the roadmap carries its own reasoning, so funding decisions don't rest on faith.
The not-worth-it list
The things we'd skip for now, and why. Knowing what to ignore is half the strategy.
A plan that gets reviewed
Revisited as the landscape moves. Not printed and forgotten.
How does it run?
It starts with the Audit: fixed fee, fixed window. The Audit proves where AI pays first; the roadmap sequences what comes after into something you can fund and staff.
Questions we get asked
Isn't this just consulting slideware?
The roadmap is built on the Audit's proven number, and every step on it is something you can fund and staff. You leave with decisions you can act on.
Do we need a strategy before automating anything?
No. That's backwards. Prove one workflow first, then sequence the rest. That's why it starts with the Audit.
Do you run an AI readiness assessment before the roadmap?
Yes, and there are two versions of it. The free one takes about three minutes: the AI Readiness Score rates your business across five dimensions and tells you which is weakest, which is usually enough to know whether an AI roadmap is your next step or whether something more basic is. The paid version is the Audit, which goes into your actual workflows and puts a number on where AI pays first. The roadmap is built on that number rather than on a questionnaire.
How far ahead does it plan?
About twelve months, reviewed as things move. The AI landscape shifts monthly, so a plan that can't flex isn't a plan.
We've already started with AI. Is that a problem?
The opposite. A handful of experiments is raw material: the roadmap sorts what scales, what stays, and what stops.
Not sure where to begin?
Book a discovery call. Bring the state of play, and we'll tell you honestly whether a roadmap is the right next step.
